not a fan, never have been. sturdy, spicy, woody, simmering, but not in a good way. handed on this years ago and nonetheless do. I completely liked it when I was younger and wore it almost every day. On me, too, the apricot scent was the strongest. I have not smelled it shortly and am unsure if I would still prefer it, as I actually have strayed away from warmer scents. But I do not forget that it was tremendous pretty and that men loved it.
Tresor is a glowing fruity apricot bomb. Very 90s! It ultimately settles and turns into much softer but in addition a lot sweeter on me while still retaining sparkling, fruity notes. I really like it but I do not suppose I would purchase this once more as a result of, effectively, I am just over it. It is a really fairly, unique fragrance however I discovered something else and I suppose it’s time to put Tresor away-at least on maintain for a protracted whereas. I’ll keep my nearly empty bottle for once I need to reminisce.
I did not have the unique TRESOR, however I recall liking it. I lately blind-bought the reformulated model, but had to return it because it smelled like fruit preserves combined with shampoo. The fragrance supervisor thought it is perhaps a spoiled bottle and persuaded me to try another one. Unfortunately, the new bottle smelled the same on me and had to go back as well. It’s somewhat sad when they break good perfumes.
I love Opium, I wore it rather a lot during my University years (uh, like 15 years ago already!) together with Rive Gauche (risky choices for a 18 years outdated lady, no?). Now I do not see myself carrying it again, but I still love and use a whole speak pants be a part of pantosaurus lot of oriental fragrances. I agree, it is a love or hate scent! I actually love this scent, however thus far have not been in a position to put on it-classic (what I bear in mind of it) or reformulation. Bought this one 20 years ago. Soon afterwards I was pregnant, and alas I could not stand it. Still cannot.
And then, immediately, as the bottom develops: Fruit? Here comes the peach again, this time backed by apricot, this time floating in a thick vanilla liqueur. Ambery, musky, and a nice dose of sandalwood to anchor the finale. I love the musky drydown, which adds to the powdery, bitter iris note nonetheless lingering from the orris root and iris. On me, I get a bit of amaretto from the apricot, which blends with the amber to offer a boozy, sweet warmth that makes it very cozy.
This was the fragrance that every one teenage women wore within the suburbs of Stockholm, Sweden, early ninety´s. The girls who smoked once they were 14. So I remeber a cloud of Tresor with a mix of the scent of cigarette smoke in the corridors in school. It’s not a nasty scent but probably not my sort. NEW! 2 fl oz Alcohol-Free Perfume – In a 2 oz.
